Scan the tag, prove the route
Fixed QR tags at each checkpoint turn a patrol into a checkpoint-by-checkpoint record. Sites that do not need tags keep the familiar photo patrol, so you choose the level of proof site by site.

The tour opens in the employee app as a checkpoint list. Each scan records the time and GPS position against that exact point.

Can’t reach one? Say why
A locked door or a blocked route is skipped with a reason, so the report shows the explanation, not just a gap.
